Podmínky / Terms
Česky:
- Z důvodu výdajů na obalový materiál, poplatky za platby a archivaci faktur, jsme byli nuceni nastavit minimální častku nákupu na 25 CZK.
- Nové kostky mohou obsahovat lehké škrábance způsobené třením kostek o sebe v balení.
- Použíté kostky mohou obsahovat škrábance, ztrátu barvy, stopy po zubech a mohou být špinavé.
- Balení objednávky: Nebalíme každý Lot zvlášť, převážně oddělujeme nové a použité díly. Pokud si přejete každý Lot zvlášť, tak nás prosím kontaktujte. (Bude učtován poplatek 2kč za každý Lot).
- Snažíme se využívat použíte materiály (krabice, letáky a jiný materiál k vyplnění balíků).
- Obyčejné dopisy odesíláme v papírové obálce bez bublinek, ostatní druhy přepravy buď v krabicích nebo papírových bublinkových obálkách.
- Kupující je povinen si vyzvednout svou objednávku!
- Za případné chybějící díly v objednávce se předem omlouváme! Chyby v objednávce řešímé vrácením peněz, odesláním v další objednávce nebo po domluvě s kupujícím.
- Předměty označené 'item with defect' - můžou být: pokreslené, poškrabané, okousané, prasknuté, polepené a mohou mít vadu barvy.
- Odesíláme objednávky do 2-5 pracovních dnů od přijetí platby.

- Due to expenses for packaging materials, payment fees and archiving of invoices, we were forced to set the minimum purchase amount at 1 EUR.
- New bricks can have some scratches caused by rubbing bricks on himself in the package.
- Use bricks may contain scratches, discoloured, tooth marks and may be dirty.
- Order Packaging: We do not pack each Lot separately, only separately new and used parts. (If you want each Lot separetely, please contact us. (Fee 2 CZK approx 0,093 USD for each Lot).
- We try to recycle materials (boxes, newspapers and other material to fill packages).
- We apologize in advance for any missing parts in the order! Errors in the order are solved by returning the money or by sending in the next order and over 50 CZK approx 2,33 USD also by sending it free of charge.
- We send ordinary and registered letters in a paper buble mailer bag, other types of transport in boxes or a paper bubble mailer bag.
- Item marked 'item with defect' - may be: smudged, drawn, bitten, cracked and glued
- If the insured shipment is damaged, lost, or undelivered. Complaints can be resolved up to 90 days. (After the maximum time delivered to your country.)
- If the courier delivers a damaged package to you. Ask the form for damage to the packaging. (Due to the following complaint).
- No refunds or compensation cant be requsted if the order is damaged or lost! (for on ordinary letter WITHOUT insurance and tracking ( not valid for EU customers ).
- If the order is returned to usd due to non-delay, no address found, non-collection of th order, etc. The buyer loses the right to a refund fees, shipping and voucher (not valid for EU customers).
- Dishpatch within 2-5 business days of receiving payment.
- Dishpatch of the Bulk Parts within 5-10 business days of receiving payment.
